The fund was founded in 2022 in the Russian Federation (Moscow). It has representative offices in Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan).
The Fund supports the implementation of projects in various sectors of the economy of Russia and Central Asia.

Employees of the Fund have 10 years of experience in the market in the field of supplies to the CIS countries, are experienced experts in the field of foreign economic activity. The Fund works with the tax and customs legislation of Russia, as well as the countries of Central Asia, has experience in supplying goods in the current geopolitical situation in the Russian Federation, and also has a Kazakhstan-Russia partner logistics and brokerage network
The fund provides services for entering foreign markets, attracting investors from abroad for the economy of Russia and Central Asia. The Fund's team provides services in resolving trade and investment disputes, regulates issues with administrative barriers, licenses, patents and authorship rights. The Foundation's team is a large-scale team, with professional skills, experience in international venues and speaking Chinese, English, Russian, Uzbek, Kyrgyz and Turkish.
Within the framework of the “One Belt, One Road” program adopted by the Heads of State, Russia and the countries of Central Asia, in particular Kazakhstan, are a key transport hub on this route, play an important role in the implementation of this program, reviving the Great Silk Road. And we, as a Foundation, work through Kazakhstan, offer customs and logistics support of goods from China to Russia through the countries of Central Asia.
